Digital video receivers – following an initial determination of violation in patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1158 of digital video receivers, broadband gateways, and related hardware and software components, Oct. 23 deadline for comments on (1) the form of remedy, if any, that should be ordered, (2) the effects of any such remedy on the public interest, and (3) the amount of the bond under which infringing articles could continue to enter the U.S. during the 60-day period the president has to review any ITC-ordered remedy
Electric shavers – new IPR infringement complaint filed on electric shavers and components and accessories thereof (complainant Skull Shaver LLC; proposed respondents located in Canada, China, Hong Kong, and the U.S.)
Fiber optics – termination of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1194 of high-density fiber optic equipment and components thereof with respect to one patent claim withdrawn by complainant Corning Optical Communications LLC
Video processors – institution of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1222 of video processing devices, components thereof, and digital smart televisions containing the same (complainant DivX LLC; respondents located in Korea, Vietnam, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and the U.S.)
