The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases. Citric acid – dumping margin of 6.1 percent for one exporter/producer in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on citric acid and certain citrate salts from Colombia for the period July 1, 2021, through June 30, 2022.

Lined paper – sunset review determination that revocation of AD/CV duty orders on lined paper school supplies from China and Canada would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time.

Pipe – dumping margin of 7.96 percent in amended final results of administrative review of AD duty order on welded stainless pressure pipe from India for the period Nov. 1, 2020, through Oct. 31, 2021.

Rebar – dumping margins of 2.49 to 16.28 percent in amended final results of administrative review of AD duty order on steel concrete reinforcing bar from Mexico for the period Nov. 1, 2020, through Oct. 31, 2021.
