- approved the establishment of subzone 205C at the Rincon Power LLC facility in Carpinteria, Calif.

- received a notification of proposed production activity (regarding industrial shredders and compactors) at the SSI Shredding Systems Inc. facilities within FTZ 45 in Wilsonville and Portland, Ore.

- received a notification of proposed production activity (regarding electric and automatic vehicle transmissions) at the ZF Transmissions Gray Court LLC facilities within FTZ 38 in Gray Court and Fountain Inn, S.C.
