The International Trade Commission has recently announced the following actions in intellectual property rights infringement investigations. For more information on pursuing or mitigating IPR-related import restrictions, please contact ST&R.

Integrated circuits – new IPR infringement complaint filed on integrated circuits, electronic devices containing same, and components thereof (complainant Onesta IP LLC; proposed respondents located in China, the United Kingdom, and the U.S.)

Medical devices – new IPR infringement complaint filed on balloon dilation devices, systems, and components thereof (complainants Entellus Medical Inc., Stryker Corporation, and Stryker Sales LLC; proposed respondents located in Germany and the U.S.)

Video devices – termination without imposition of import restrictions of investigation 337-TA-1379 of video-capable electronic devices, including computers, streaming devices, televisions, cameras, and components and modules thereof

Wearable devices – final initial determination of Section 337 violation in investigation 337-TA-1398 of smart wearable devices, systems, and components thereof
