End blocks – net subsidy rate of 3.51 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of CV duty order on forged steel fluid end blocks from Germany for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2023

HEDP – initiation of inquiry to determine whether imports of 1-hydroxyethylidene-1, 1- diphosphonic acid from China that has been altered in form or appearance in minor respects are circumventing the AD and CV duty orders on HEDP from China

Melamine – termination of AD injury investigation of melamine from Qatar following negative final AD duty determination

New reviews – initiation of administrative reviews of the following AD/CV duty orders for the periods Nov. 1, 2023, through Oct. 31, 2024 (AD) and Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2023 (CV), unless otherwise noted

- aluminum foil from Brazil, Oman, and Türkiye

- chlorinated isocyanurates from China

- circular welded non-alloy steel pipe from Korea and Mexico

- diamond sawblades and parts thereof from China

- freight rail couplers and parts thereof from Mexico (AD; May 3, 2023, through Oct. 31, 2024)

- monosodium glutamate from China

- oil country tubular goods from Argentina, Korea, and Mexico

- paper file folders from India

- stainless steel flanges from India

- steel concrete reinforcing bar from Mexico and Türkiye

- strontium chromate from Austria and France

- thermal paper from Germany, Korea, and Spain

- welded stainless pressure pipe from India

Tires – issuance of AD duty order on truck and bus tires from Thailand, effective Dec. 17
