- received a notification of proposed production activity (regarding watches) at the Philip Stein Holding Inc. facility within FTZ 25 in Pembroke Park, Fla.

- authorized production under zone procedures (regarding pharmaceutical products for research and development) at the Merck, Sharp & Dohme LLC facility within FTZ 49 in Rahway, N.J.

- authorized production under zone procedures (regarding four-wheeled personal transportation vehicles) at the Kawasaki Motors Manufacturing Corp. USA facility within FTZ 59 in Lincoln, Neb.
