Beverages – institution of trademark infringement investigation 337-TA-143 of electrolyte-containing beverages and labeling and packaging thereof (complainants CAB Enterprises Inc., Sueros y Bebidas Rehidrantes S.A. de C.V., Brazos River Ventures LLC, and Electrolit Manufacturing USA Inc.; respondents located in Mexico)

Bulk containers – institution of investigation 337-TA-1434 of composite intermediate bulk containers (complainants Schutz Container Systems Inc. and Protechna S.A.; respondents located in China)

Electronic devices – termination without import restrictions of investigation 337-TA-1376 of electronic devices, including mobile phones, tablets, laptops, components thereof, and products containing same following determination of no Section 337 violation

Glass substrates – institution of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1433 of glass substrates for liquid crystal displays, products containing the same, and methods for manufacturing the same (complainant Corning Incorporated; respondents located in China, Hong Kong, and the U.S.)

Vaporizers – issuance of limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders following final determination of Section 337 violation in investigation 337-TA-1368 of vaporizer devices, cartridges used therewith, and components thereof
