Background

The Foreign-Trade Zones Board has recently announced the actions listed below.

- authorized production under zone procedures (regarding pharmaceutical products for research and development) at the Merck, Sharp & Dohme LLC facility within FTZ 49 in Rahway, N.J.

- authorized the establishment of FTZ 303 with a service area of Clallam County, Wash., adjacent to the Port Angeles Customs and Border Protection port of entry

- received a notification of proposed production activity (regarding computer printing products) at the Zebra Technologies Corporation facility within FTZ 41 in Kenosha, Wis.
