The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

Flooring – dumping margin of 42.57 percent for non-individually examined companies in amended final results of administrative review of AD duty order on multilayered wood flooring from China for the period Dec. 1, 2018, through Nov. 30, 2019

Lockers – intent to revoke AD/CV duty order on metal lockers and parts thereof from China with respect to certain metal safes

Nails – dumping margin of 23.47 percent for one exporter in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on steel nails from China for the period Aug. 1, 2021, through July 31, 2022

Printing plates – preliminary affirmative CV duty determination on aluminum lithographic printing plates from China

Tin mill products – final negative AD injury determination on tin mill products from Canada, China, and Germany; final negative CV injury determination on tin mill products from China; and termination of AD injury investigation of tin mill products from Korea due to negligible imports
