The International Trade Commission has recently announced the following actions in intellectual property rights infringement investigations. For more information on pursuing or mitigating IPR-related import restrictions, please contact ST&R.

Electronic displays – termination without import restrictions of investigation 337-TA-1331 of outdoor and semi-outdoor electronic displays, products containing same, and components thereof following finding of no Section 337 violation

Fire extinguishers – new IPR infringement complaint filed on aerosol fire extinguishing technology, components thereof, and products containing same (complainants Nano Fire LLC and Defender Safety LLC; proposed respondents located in the United Kingdom, Cyprus, and the U.S.)

Medical programmers – new IPR infringement complaint filed on medical programmers with printed circuit boards, components thereof, and products and systems for use with same (complainants Medtronic Inc., Medtronic Logistics LLC, Medtronic USA Inc., and Medtronic Puerto Rico Operations Co.; proposed respondent located in U.S.)

Network equipment – institution of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1391 of network equipment supporting NETCONF  (complainant Optimum Communications Services Inc.; respondents located in China)
