Bureau of Industry and Security

- license transfer

International Trade Administration

- interim procedures for considering requests under commercial availability provision of U.S.-Colombia Trade Promotion Agreement

U.S. Customs and Border Protection

- forms 4455 and 4457, certificate of registration (used primarily for the registration, examination, and supervised lading of commercial shipments of articles exported for repair, alteration, or processing, which will subsequently be returned to the U.S. either duty-free or at a reduced duty rate)

- declaration of ultimate consignee that articles were exported for temporary scientific or educational purposes

- declaration of person who performed repairs or alterations
