This webinar will focus on critical elements of USMCA, including rules of origin, new provisions, and enforcement mechanisms It will also provide practical guidance to ensure your company is not only in compliance, but also audit-ready. The USMCA (CUSMA/T-MEC) went into effect on July 1, 2020 and imposed higher originating requirements for some products, including automotive goods, steel, and aluminum. It also imposed additional labor and environmental provisions, and protections for intellectual property and trade in digital services.
